312 UNDERSTAND ANIMAL WELFARE AND BREED DEVELOPMENT
Unit 312 focuses on animal welfare, breed development and the relationship between animals and society. Learners will develop the knowledge needed to understand animal evolution, domestication, welfare legislation, the roles of animals in human society and the work of organisations that protect and promote animal welfare.
